Kinda juicy, kinda cheesy and surrounded by a warm crispy tortilla shell for all the crunch you’ll need in every bite. This just might be your new favorite Crunch Wrap and it’s actually better than any fast food version. So, let’s get started!

Ingredients & Substitutions

How to Customize Your Crunch Wrap

  • Ground Beef: I used a pound of ground beef, but you can sub ground turkey or plant-based varieties.
  • Burrito Package: small and large flour tortillas. The bigger ones are for the wrap or pouch and the smaller one keeps it together.
  • Bacon: A nice crispy and smoky addition. Leave it off for a leaner option or swap turkey bacon.
  • Cheese: I went with cheddar but use American, Swiss or whatever your favorite cheese is to melt on top.
  • Mayo, Mustard and Sriracha Sauce Ingredients: This sauce is the key towards which everything comes together. One of the many things i love about this recipe, really welcoming to tweak a bit making it your own sinus burning (or not) hot sauce.

Spread a little of the sauce on half large tortilla. Place one cheese slice over the patty followed by another burger on it. Bacon strips, caranamalized onions, diced pickles and cheese on top. Then, place the small tortilla on top of that followed by folding the edges from each side over it to seal in your wrap.

  • Grill the Crunch Wrap

Add a little oil in the skillet, place it on heat. Place fold side of wrap first down and fry to golden brown. Turn it over and cook until crispy!

Extra Tips and Variations

  • Spice it Up: Add jalapeños, or opt for a spicy cheese (I love pepper jack).
